Chief among the appeals of Men.com — aside from Johnny Rapid — is it’s unabashed soapiness. No art pretentions. No pregnant pauses. Just a bunch of Potemkin village sets and loaded lines that even Rocco Reed can deliver. Dirty nurses. Shameless bosses. Dastardly prison guards. Even the titles of their site — “The Gay Office” — seems like a 50s throwback. All that’s missing is a commercial for Tide.
